How to apply:
Firstly, position the main pressure-sensitive end of the heel strap strip with the front edge and centre of the shoe heel.
Then peel the protective liner and press it firmly to the bottom of the heel. Wrap the contact ribbon of the heel grounder up the back of the shoe and lay it inside. Place the foot in the shoe making contact with the heel grounder and then repeat the process with the other shoe.
